NITRO CELLULOSE 120 RS 5S 1/2 RS || INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS FOR BALL FREEZING

important Nitro celluloseabbreviated as NC (also known as nitrite cellulose), also known in Vietnamese as 300s cotton or 800s cotton. Nitrocellulose is a flammable compound formed from nitrogenous cellulose through contact with nitric acid or a strong nitrating agent. Before being used as a catalyst or low explosive, it was originally called guncotton.
Applications –  NC is widely used in the production of alcohol gel and dry alcohol to increase the ability to solidify and create gloss for alcohol pads
– Producing all kinds of wood paint, protective paint, paper coating...
– In addition, Nitro cellulose is also widely used in the industries that produce printing ink, bullets, films, etc.
Preservation

Nitrocellulose is a volatile chemical, so it needs to be stored in a sealed container, and should be tightly closed before and after use.

Nitrocellulose should be stored in a warehouse at a suitable temperature, from 26 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius. The reason it should be kept in a warehouse and not near a residence is because of the heat-absorbing properties of Nitrocellulose.

When in dry form, Nitrocellulose is quite flammable. And even when converted into a solution, Nitrocellulose still has that property. This is a very flammable chemical and has a large explosive force. So be careful when storing Nitrocellulose goods.

In addition, the paint components are completely flammable. You should avoid places near fire, places with sparks such as construction sites. If there is repair work, move Nitrocellulose to another location. Because even a small spark can cause an explosion. Nitrocellulose is extremely flammable.
